Thanks so much for all your help. You were great to work with. Martin and I felt like we were hanging out with a friend rather than doing business. Thanks for all of your ideas like the menu, set up of tables / head table and receiving line upstairs. It worked out perfect. The wedding turned out amazing. All our guests can't stop talking about it - they said best wedding. The food was great! Everyone loved the steak, soup, creme brule and platter. All the food was great. The service was great too - everyone was so friendly. they were also fast, attentive to our needs and very organized. And the place looked beautiful!!!!! The candles and uplighting - wow. It was so cozy yet very roomy, enough room to dance:) We can't thank you enough.

Neil and I cannot thank you enough for making our wedding at The Capitol Event Theatre so spectacular. The event went really well and I want you to know that all of your staff were professional and a joy to work with.

Eric was really helpful and friendly during our set-up and the manager (whose name has now escaped me!) who was present throughout the event was respectful, helpful, and available but not intrusive.

Our co-workers really enjoyed the venue - feedback on that one is unanimous. The food was also highly praised and enjoyed.

I want to take the opportunity to let you know how thrilled we all were with the Capitol Event Theater as the venue for our first ever fundraising dinner. The venue itself is beautiful, intimate and classy and is accented by your fantastic staff and a delicious international spread. We have heard nothing but great things about the evening - - especially the food! (sadly, I didn’t have a chance to try the food.). Thanks again for everything Christina. It was a real pleasure. I just wanted to send a quick e-mail to acknowledge you and your fantastic staff...last night was a real success for LTTA, for their first inaugural I think everyone was very pleased with how the evening came off, given initial reports. As I mentioned, the food was "all the talk" and the staffing was fantastic, Damien was a true pleasure to work with and I appreciated his attentiveness and calm demeanor.

I would also like to thank you personally for saving the day with our table cloth, that made all the difference, not just in appearance in the room but also in the process of running our auction smoothly.

Also, thanks to your barstaff for handling our extra request on the painted martini glasses -- that, too, went very smoothly.

Once we got inside the Capitol Event Theatre, we were not disappointed. This place is huge and completely gorgeous! With the mood lighting, the heavy stage curtains and the grand chandelier all hidden inside you’d never know it, but this old school-theatre-turned-event-venue is an oasis in the city. Like Ashleigh’s childhood home, this place carries much history making it the perfect backdrop for their celebration! During the evening every detail was watched and even your napkins are refolded if you need to leave the table for some reason. The food is delicious and I hear their house wine is fantastic (I never drink at weddings, so I can`t give a full review on the vino).

Anyway, I could go on and on and on about their day, but I’ll let the photos do the rest of the story telling. Hope you love it as much as I do!
