Capitol Event Catering is a full solution off premise catering company offering Event Planning for Home, Office and Special Events.

Our Event Director will consult with you on all the aspects of your event including, the menu design, beverages, event staff, full rentals, specialty furniture, customized tents, venue & site selection, décor, AV, valet and/or security.

We will devise the event concept, plan the logistics and coordinate all the aspects to create and develop a detailed budget outline. Our Event Specialist will handle your event from the initial one-on-one meeting to the coordination and execution of the event.

Corporate Catering: Our uniquely qualified and experienced team is able to coordinate all event logistics from a Boardroom Luncheon to a Product Launch, Grand Opening, Company BBQ or Holiday Party Customer Appreciation; Broker/Agent Luncheons; CEO Dinners to a complete Event Production.

Social Catering: Our Catering Coordinators are experienced to assist you with your themed event ranging from an intimate dinner party to anniversary or birthday parties; before or after Church receptions.

Wedding Catering: At our initial one-on-one consultation we are able to provide: “Garden Venue” sourcing; custom menu design; listen to your vision of your wedding and guide you through the logistics of coordinating a Garden Wedding.
